The MC 20 V is designed based on the same tilting principle as the MC 16. However it is systematically designed for intricate casting projects in continuous operation in larger foundries.

Latest generation generators
The MC 20 V is equipped with a latest generation induction generator, developed especially for this housing design and with high operating efficiency. Convenient, high precision control is provided via a new operating system, with an LCD display, full text display and program control.
Award-winning vibration technology – unique in its class
For the first time, our multi-award winning and patent-pending vibration system is now available in a compact casting machine. Using vibration when casting ensures better form filling, creating casts with greater, more consistent densities, higher elasticity and greatly reduced porosity. Vibration technology is a compelling alternative to the frequently used and relatively delicate centrifugal systems, especially when casting platinum or palladium.

Mini Casting Systems
All jewellery designers have waited a long time for this innovation: a compact casting system for small studios, with which high-quality casts can be made economically. We have now launched this kind of casting system in different versions:
The MC 16 for the very fast and uncomplicated casting of single models in high quality and every metal, even in steel or platinum. Wth its LCD Display the handling is very easy although by having a programm control.
The MC 60 V for the production of smaller casting trees in gold, silver and other special jewellery alloys, aluminium, copper and other metals.
The MC 20 V with the Indutherm vibration system, programm control and LCD-display for high quality jewellery casting especially in platinum, palladium or steel.
The MC 100 V also with the Indutherm vibration system, programm control and LCD-display for the production of larger casting trees particularly in platinum, palladium or steel.

MC 60 V
The Table Top Casting Machine MC 60 V
The compact solution for small series casting in gold, silver and other special jewellery alloysThe MC 60 V has been developed with the user in mind for whom the MC 16 is too small but a simple machine from the large VC series (e.g. the VC 400) is too big or requires too much manual operation. This small high-performance casting machine is ideal for smaller production quantities and can be used for jewellery alloys such as gold, silver, copper and bronze, as well as for alloys of brass and aluminium. Thanks to the vacuum and overpressure functions and the many automatic control features, the machine provides first class castings with little work – suitable for “beginners”.
